In order to recognize the Jack service engineers who provide sincere service to customers and are unanimously recognized by customers, Jack conducted his first service star selection activity in 2021. Up to now, 50 service stars have been selected, and the winners are located in key overseas clothing markets such as Bangladesh. In 2023, after multiple rounds of selection, Vietnam's service stars have finally welcomed their new talent!



 

 

These shining service stars were elected through public voting by Jack Vietnam's customer base, indicating that Jack Vietnam's service team not only possesses extensive knowledge and skills in Jack's equipment, but also has won the trust and love of a large number of customers. Ruan Wenli has been responsible for the after-sales service of channels and VIP customers in northern Vietnam. In order to provide customers with a high-quality service experience, he took the initiative to provide refueling inspections, process guidance, technical support and other service projects with the assistance of Jack Company.

 

 In the first half of the year, Ruan Wenli had a car accident on his way to the customer's factory. His thigh was scratched and he bled a lot, but he still insisted on going to the factory to solve the problem for the customer before going to the hospital for wound treatment. He practices the Jack service philosophy of putting customers first and providing fast service, which deeply moves customers. It is precisely because of his persistence and perseverance that he has won the trust and recognition of Jack's Vietnamese customers!



 



Lin Xinxia has been with Jack Vietnam team for over 3 years, responsible for after-sales service for VIP customers in southern Vietnam. His greatest strength is his willingness to help others and his willingness to respond to any requests. Even if the customer he is not responsible for require technical support, he will not hesitate to provide assistance. For customers who are far away and unable to go, he will also remotely solve their problems through video and receive unanimous praise from customers!



 



In order to further improve his service ability and better communicate with Chinese technicians, he took the time to study Chinese hard, just to learn more about Jack's equipment related knowledge and skills. It is precisely through his unremitting efforts that he has achieved countless successes and praises on the road of serving customers.
